- One-on-one sessions designed to help you learn mental skills to maximize your individual performance. During individual sessions we will help you identify your mental strengths and areas for improvement, understand behaviors or thoughts that are holding you back from reaching your potential, and learn or refine mental skills and tools to help you reach your next level of performance. We can work with you on a specific area or help you build a foundation of mental skills to:

- Packages available; sessions are typically 30 minute or 1-hour face-to-face or via Skype/phone
- We will work with you to design a mental skills training program to best fit the needs of your group or team. Mental skills training can help groups or teams learn how to work together more effectively. Group or team sessions will help group members understand thoughts or behaviors that are preventing individuals or the group from reaching peak performance, teach group members mental skills and tools to enhance both individual and group performance, and improve the overall dynamics and productivity of the group or team.
- Group or team program options:
Group/team sessions built into existing program, training session, or camp
Flex programs (hourly based)

Workshops/Seminars
- Workshops are designed to fit the needs of the participants or group and are typically focused on a specific topic or topics, but may also be a more general introduction to mental skills training.
- Workshops or seminars can be paid for by the host organization/group, or participants can be charged individually for attendance.
- Typically 2-hours or half day (4 hours)
